Binjusaria Ispat Pvt.Ltd. has a well epuipped Laboratory with testing machines like UTM for measuring the strength of steel bars etc. under a well qualified chemist.Inspection commences from the Raw Material stage and continues till the preparaion of test certificates for weight,strength, etc. and labeling of the products to conform to IS Standards.
â–º Unloading the raw material, truck wise and segregated Heat Nos Wise.
â–º Taking samples for chemical Analysis,Heat wise & Quantity wise as per BIS specifications.
â–º Segregating the rejected pieces if any,before issuing the raw material for cutting and feeding into the reheating furnace.
â–º After rolling, the samples are cut every half hour and checked for size and section weights. First and Last bars of the lot are cross checked for Chemical Tests such as Carbon %, Manganese % and Silicon %.
